NN300 Automatic Quad-Corner Framing Machine

The NN300 is a dedicated automation solution developed for standardized, high-volume frame production. By joining all four corners simultaneously, it significantly reduces cycle time while maintaining production consistency. It belongs to a different category than NN400–NN700 flexible underpinners and is not recommended for irregular, round, or oval frames.
- Quad-corner simultaneous joining delivers extremely short cycle times with lower labor dependency.
- Fool-proof automatic size adjustment simplifies operation and reduces operator error.
- Automatic drop-off supports continuous production rhythm without stopping for each frame.
- Export-oriented factories
- Standard frame production
- Large shipment volumes
- Automated production environments
- Customers prioritizing throughput
- Fully irregular, round, oval, or unstable frames without at least 50 mm of flat support on both the top and bottom
- Mixed-product work that requires frequent changeovers or stored recipes
- Jobs that require batch nailing; the NN300 joins one pre-assembled frame per cycle
Architecture: Automatic Quad-Corner System
- Pre-assembled frame enters the positioning area.
- Machine automatically adjusts dimensions.
- Four V-nail heads operate simultaneously.
- Completed frame drops automatically.
- Next frame enters the cycle.

Is the NN300 better than the NN500?
No—they serve different production models. The NN300 prioritizes automation, throughput, and continuous production. The NN500 prioritizes flexibility, product changeovers, and material adaptability.
Can the NN300 process irregular frames?
No. The NN300 requires stable upper and lower flat support surfaces of at least 50 mm. Fully irregular, round, oval, or unstable geometries can tip during placement and are not suitable for quad-corner automation.
What is the reference throughput of the NN300?
Approximately 15 frames per minute. Actual output depends on frame dimensions, product specifications, and operator rhythm.
How is the NN300 different from NN400–NN700 underpinners?
The NN300 is an automated high-volume platform, not an upgraded NN400. NN400–NN700 focus on flexibility and material adaptability; the NN300 focuses on maximum throughput and reduced labor involvement.
Can the NN300 batch-join frames?
No. The NN300 joins one pre-assembled frame at a time, with all four corners driven simultaneously. It is not designed for batch nailing.
